SHINE: Sleep Health in Perinatal Care

A longitudinal investigation of changes in sleep, health and wellbeing during the perinatal period. The project includes a RCT with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia for pregnant individuals experiencing sleep difficulties. Currently recruiting mothers, fathers, birthing and non-birthing parents.

Work and Health in Ambulance Personnel

A longitudinal assessment of changes in biological, psychological and social factors relative to commencement of shift work. Study examines paramedics interns from pre-shift work commencement throughout a 12 month period.

Protocol Paper

Health Belief Model for Shift Workers Scale

The development and initial validation of a novel scale for measurement of psychosocial determinants of sleep, physical activity and dietary intake in shift workers. The use of such as scale will better inform future intervention strategies to support workers with the additional challenges presented by working shift work.
